PICA Cultural Activities: Music, Dance, Film, Excursions, …
In addition to the extensive Paris cultural activities offered in Paris, the PICA semester-long programs also take part in additional excursions outside Paris. Each semester program includes one weekend excursion to places such as Normandy, Burgundy, Strasbourg, Loire Valley Chateaux and others. Additionally, there will be two day-long trips from Paris to visit nearby sites such as Versailles, Chantilly, Monet’s house and garden in Giverny, Provins, Troyes, Chartres, Fontainebleau–among other options.
Each semester we will arrange a series of special events which may include walking tours and guided museum visits, film screenings, live dance or musical performances.
The PICA short term programs in January and during the Summer will likewise take advantage of sites nearby Paris for one or two day trips. Among these trips: the royal palace of Versailles, The palace and park of Fontainebleau, beautiful medieval towns Provins et Troyes as well as others.
